In 2002 Ger founded GONGSHOW.com a hockey lifestyle brand creating a new category for the sport; growing it from a box of hats in the trunk of his car to an international brand worn around the world. As a lifelong entrepreneur, he has started, advised and invested in a wide variety of businesses across many industries from conception, both through growth/scale stages, and ultimately to exiting. Ger lives with his wife and daughter in Ottawa, Canada.

Brent co-founded BoaterExam.com & Fresh Air Educators in 1999 in the days of dial up internet and launched a e-learning technology company well ahead of its time with the goal of educating outdoor enthusiasts online across Canada and the USA. The company grew to become one of the largest outdoor recreation focused e-learning companies in North America and was sold in 2017 to a private equity firm with Brent sitting on the board till 2020. Brent is an avid outdoorsman, and family man living with his wife and son in Ottawa, Ontario.

Larry is an entrepreneur and investor in Ottawa, Canada who co-founded BoaterExam.com & Fresh Air Educators in 1999, an e-learning platform promoting outdoor safety education across North America that was acquired in 2017 by an private equity firm. He has a distinct skill for connecting the right people together to build and grow businesses and takes pride in mentoring both employees and budding entrepreneurs. Larry is a outdoor enthusiast and family man based in Ottawa, Canada.
